自己一手在管。
他很狡猾的是,下面的小兵diversity做的很好,各个国家都有。
现在招tech lead和manager,来onsite面色的清一色的都是印度人
也不知道这里有没有懂HR的,不知道投诉HR是否有戏。感觉上招人这东西,很多都是主
观的,所以很难有理有据
各位有什么建议吗? |

If there is a diversity policy in place at work, whether your complaint
regarding favoritism towards hiring managers with 烙印 origins will be
effective at HR will depend on the extent of the diversity policy,
employment policy, new hiring policy, or any other policy pertaining to the
case and the people working at HR.
You will have to construct arguments that demonstrate the director's
violations in one or more company policies based on factual information.
I am worried that you may not have access to some important information. For
example, you may need the other person's resume to demonstrate that the
director hired the 烙印 manager based on favoritism rather than merit.

Babycandy, I worked in a convenience store with 烙印 before. I couldn't
believe the amount of dirty politics went on in that place and the bad
quality of customer service existed because of incompetent 烙印s who only
cared about themselves.
When you are a minority in the group, 进无盟军,退无外援 is the exact
situation. You concluded the situation well in the exact word my friend... :(

"进无盟军,退无外援." might be the case... sadly...
Ideally, 老中 should 斗 in all cases.
OP, if you can afford the price of the fight, I strongly recommend you to 斗
until the end.
