我在新公司都是合法工作的啊？
再问一下，如果最后还是没批，我是不是立刻停止新公司的工作呢？
以后要是找到工作的话，是不是只能每年的4月重新提交，然后10月才可以工作呢？还
是随时回国签都行？
之前公司给我办绿卡了，可是140都没到呢，公司就出事了，没办法必须要走。我担心
回国签是不是
就不容易会回来了。毕竟老公孩子都在这呢。

reply to the RFE as soon as you can. During the waiting period, you should
be able to work in the new company. But if you receive rejection of H1B
transfer, you need to stop working right away. |

SInce i am legal to work before rejection, why should i submit the addition
paperwork ASAP? shouldn't be as latter as possible? since if the h1b
rejected, i will lost my job and no money at all. Also I don't know if there
is any other way to work if rejected.

If you decide to response your RFE until the last day, it is fine too.
Unless you go back to work for your previous employer or file another H1B
transfer right away, I don't know any other way to work legally if your H1B
transfer is rejected. Just my two cents. You might consult an attorney if
your H1B transfer was rejected. |

If I submit another one during this one, do I- need to submit the paystub of
this new company? They still haven't added me to their payroll and will add
me after HIB approved.
