I got a job offer about two weeks ago and they are still waiting for paper
work from new employer for H1B transfer. I am supposed to start work 2 weeks
from now ( from my offer letter)...But the H1B transfer application is not
submitted yet -- so I don't have any reciept yet either...
Shall I give my 2 week notice now? Or shall I wait for the reciept?
Thank you very much~~
p.s. Current employer is very nice...so I'd like to be as nice as possible
to her... |

should give 2 week notice after the application is filed. (Fedex/UPS receipt
is good enough).

USCIS didn't really receive it, you could still use the receipt as your
starting date with the new employer?
