你的9万多相当于弯曲的15万
如果是公司的位置， 你该忧虑的不是钱少， 而是被裁了

价这个工资多处的6万可以基本上cover掉500 k的房子mortage + utility +维护。。而
且房子卖了还能收回一部分。。。

而且austin 300K的房子已经非常不错了，CA800K还真不一定拿的下来。

than 90K in Austin. For weather and Chinese community.
Plus, housing is a leveraged investment, if both appreciate 100%
when you retire, you end up with 1M more assets.

when the HR says the range is xx-xx, you immediately interrupt her/him:
"I know better than you do".
I am sure this will greatly help you get a higher pay.

如果底薪不可以再加了,就谈其他待遇:401k matching, vacation days, medical
insurance premium, relocation package, etc.
