current position will be eliminated on June. Is there any way to transfer
my current H1b to my next employer? or my next employer still need to file
a new H1b for me? I am in OPT. Thanks. | c**2
发帖数: 8496 | 2 the new company can file a new H1 for you as long as H1 cap has not reached.
Or if your first H1B is approved, new company can file H1 transfer with
your previous approval notice, so you don't take a new number. |
