发帖数: 165 | 1 I resigned from my previous company A last sept. I have been there only for
about 5 months as I really want to move back to the east coast. and the
opportunies knocked my door after I started there 4 months later ( I did not
actively look for opportunities).
My current suppervisor know a little bit about area what I am doing, but
don't have a thorough and complete pictures. instead of working with me,
she criticize my work in a very rude/strange way as if I know nothing about
what I am doing. When I try to get to know more about our company business,
she tends to shun away and not really give me the detail. I feel I won't
learn much from her and situation won't change. So I decide to resign.
but I haven't been here long, I am afraid that I will have difficulty to
find a new job ( my first plan is internal transfer).
any comments?
As my observation, nothing could change my surpervisor, either I stay with
her and waste my time or I move to another area..... |

horse while riding a donkey". :-)
If you make enough efforts, you will get paid back properly. |

否则还是换个工作吧。

My delima is that I did not stay long with my previous company A (5 months)
and less than a year with my current position, i am looking for a new job
again. will people have negative opinion about me?
any recommendation how to achieve the goal( either internal transfer or
change the company).
