I have a couple of question about the I539 form when changing my status from
H1B to H4.
part 3. 2 Is this application based on an extension or change of status
already granted to your spouse, child or parent?
should I answer yes to this and put in the USCIS receipt # of my husband's
H1B application?
Prt 3. 1 i request my current or requested status be extended till
should I put my husband's h1B expiration date?
Part 1. current nonimmigrant expires on
should I put in my last day of work or the expiration on my currnt H1B?
