Since my
OPT will be terminated soon, I need to apply for H1B visa. I asked my
staffing
company about the H1B application, and they told me they could not file it
for me.
Is there any other way to file the H1B visa? I heard some staffing companies
can
sub-contract you to the approved vendors and then the vendors can file H1B
for
you. Is that true? If it is, can someone tell me how it works?
