I felt so frustrated about myself. This white woman worked with me in the
same project. She was supposed to be the key person who is responsible for
this project but she had me do almost everything for her. My boss just
wanted me to work with her to get some ideas about this project because
I'll be leading another similar project in the near future. Today we need
to move some study materials to another facility. She has a convertible
and I have a family sedan. I don't care each of us carry something but she
said her car won't fit everything but my car can so we should only use one
car-my car. She actually has done this to me once. I just couldn't say
anything at that moment... And then I told her she is messing up my car
with so many boxes-she said I used to do this in your position. I'm the
contractor, she is the employee but we're doing the same kind of jobs. I
really feel so sorry for myself for not being able to do something to
offense myself. Can someone give me any advice on how to deal with this
person?
