My H4 extension was filed in June 2010, and approved on Nov 17, 2010, the
valid date is from 09/26/2010 to 09/24/2013. I also filed a premium H1B in
October 2010, and it was approved on Oct 7, 2010, the valid date is from 10/
20/2010 to 09/30/2013. Does any one know which status is valid for me now?

发帖数: 693 | 4 Thanks for the reply. My company attorney said that USCIS agreed to change
my H1B new issuing date to the date later than the H4 approved date. However
, I have another complexity here, my H4 extension lawyer got my first and
last name wrong. Just before my company attorney noticed me, I called USCIS
to correct it. They agreed to send me a new H4 extension approval notice. I
am worried that my new H1B will be covered by the new H4. Then, I want to
make sure what the "notice date" mean on the H1b or H4 approval note. Does
any one know that? |
