为弄清楚一些细节，我得请教另一个组的某人(A), 但A很忙，不希望重复回答一些问题
，所以他要求在回答我的问题时，我们组的另一位同事(B)一起参加，因为B也在将来会
问到这些问题。
可是B最近也在忙着很多别的事情，近期不能参加。
老板催得又很紧，怎么办？ | f*****g
发帖数: 15860 | 2 1) tell A that B is busy and this work has to be done ASAP, with or without
B;
2) tell A you'll take as detailed notes as possible to share with B. ask him
to talk slowly so you can do it (AND you can digest better for yourself);
3) email A and cc B after each session, with all your questions/notes, so A
can confirm nothing is missing and B can take a look (now or later) if he
wants;
4) cc this email to your boss too, so A can get credit, B feels involved,
boss will be satisfied (and your ass covered). in the end, send another
thankyou email to A and his boss to appreciate his time and effort.
