老板从9月初到10月初，一直在外面，偶尔来一趟办公室。我就认为weekly group
meeting被取消了。我问过中国同事3次，每次他都说他不知道有没有weekly group
meeting，反正他从来不去，因为他太忙。其实他每次都去了。当然我应该直接问老板
，这是我的错。但他为什么要撒谎呢？（没有误解，只有一个weekly group meeting。）
他一直都对我的课题虎视眈眈，想把它抢过去。为这做了很多龌龊的事情。
现在心里非常生气，鄙视他。 |

其实weekly group meeting有没取消， 到点儿去看一眼就行了。别人事先不可能知道
，开会时也没有义务专门叫上您。
自己没把weekly group meeting放心上，事后又怕老板不高兴，就怪中国同事ws.从您
的帖子里，您自己已经认定中国同事作了“很多龌龊的事情”，为什么还要指着中国同
事帮您确认group meeting? |

point out such misinformation by a fellow is
not normal and quite unexpected, and amounts
to sabotage of meeting attendance.
Add that you're sorry for the misunderstanding
this may have caused and wish to clear it up.

9月初，老板给我和他布置了一个任务，他说主要由我来做，他来帮我，因为他以前做
过非常类似的事情。然后老板out of office，一直到十月中，偶尔过来一次。开始我
们还没有数据，后来他拿到数据了，没有跟我说，自己做了初步工作。这是我的错误，
我应该一直和他问，有没有拿到数据。我当时忙着一些别的事情就忘了。他还说我和他
分别都做，做完比较结果。我当时说一个人不就可以了，为什么这事那么特别，要两个
人做呢？后来老板过来只找他meeting，布置了进一步的任务。我太迟钝，我当时没有
感到危机感。这样我的或就被他抢走了。十月中，有一个比较大的meeting，他出尽了
风头。一直到那时，我都觉得他人很好，一直和他讲了很多掏心的话。
老板终于回来了。我能感觉到有一些不对头，但也不知道到底是什么。上周二下午老板
给大家发email，布置下一步的任务，那个中国同事马上把活抢过去。上周四上午老板
找我谈话，他问什么，我都如实回答。我还说他布置的那些活我自己就可以作。老板是
个聪明的人，他可能明白过来了什么。他说那下一步由我来做。他会给我们写email。
结果我没有收到他的email。
当天下午我去中国同事的办公室，他看见我非常尴尬，满脸的guilty，声音都变了。我
当时心里还纳闷，他怎么了。他说老板给他发了email，说了我的好话。
周六晚上12：10am他给大家群发email说了一些老板布置给我的事情。主要是一些
function让我来用。我昨天一大早起来，看到email，就来火了。比较冲动，回了这样
的email：
Hi xxxxxx,
Thank you so much for the information.
I really very much appreciate it, and indeed am truly grateful for your
spending weekend on my part of work, though you have 15 other projects to
work on.
I actually have one quick question: Do you remember in September you said
to me we both should work on the xxxxx data and compare the results? I
laughed and said: I don't see any point for that. I trust you. Whatever
result you get, it will be error free. If you want to work on this project,
I will spend time on other projects. The point is that no matter I did work
on the xxxx data or didn't, you would have done the work for Oct 15th
meeting, even though you had 15 other projects to work on.
To be honest with you, it takes me more than 50 times more time to
understand your code, than writing a code by myself. And if there is any bug
, it could take me more than 1000 more time to find it than to find a bug in
my own code, if I had the luck to find it.
So what is the point for you to continue to work on this?

Frankly, you got attitude problem with your life. You have to correct it

Think over what kind of person you are, and what you have done in the past..

我遇到的老中，老印都挺厚道的。目前的工作还是个老印推荐的。
到是有些老美不厚道。
出了问题，应该先看一下是不是自己的原因，盲目指责别人不好。
