I have some questions for self petition H1B transfer:
1) does $320 application fee have to be paid by the employer?
2) does $500 anti fraud fee have to be paid by the employer?
3) can we self petition the LCA?
3-a) how long does it take to get approved for the LCA?
3-b) can we file the H1B transfer with the receipt of LCA or have to get
the approved LCA?
