我现在大学的IT工作，是NON-PROFIT H1B,拿到一个公司的OFFER。HR想让我8月底就上
班，也就是说在10月1号2011的CAP H1B生效前就上班。我理解是不可以，但是HR说问过
公司律师说可以。她是这样说的“I checked with our immigration department here
and they tell me that we do not have to wait until 10/1 - they indicate
that your current H1B could be assumed.”
