This is to tell you that you should at least contribute 3% - 5% to your
savings account, and it is not mandatory. Company will try to contribute up
to 25% through 401k match, profit sharing and ESPP.
To get the maximum company match, you need to contribute 4% of your salary.
Again this is your choice. You can choose not to contribute. |
