for PERM(EB2) last month.
Now I am having an offer from another company,salary increased by almost 30%
. Bonus unknown yet, seems to be better than current company.
Both are big financial firms, IT department.
Should I switch? Got a headache now. My life in current company is not bad,
but not sure I should go for money or go for GC? Thanks for input! | u*******r

would be EB3(not sure).
