Unless you never want to take a job in a city with higher living expenses,
take the job in Boston if everything else about the two jobs is comparable
other than money.
Chances of changing from a job that pays 65K to a job that pays 85K,
regardless of location, are much lower when you decide to move up in your
career. However, if you want to move from Boston to Houston with a salary
of $85, few companies will say "we can only pay you 65K as Houston is much
cheaper to live."
