don't do that, but your HR may check it in daily base particularly
when your company are hiring. And blocking your own company
may not work that well.
If you really worry about it, you may make it private and
only apply positions you are interested in. Then again, that's
like losing 50+% opportunities.

哪怕是自己直接递简历，焉知那个公司的XX认不认识你公司的YY？世界有时候并不大。
