these 2 positions are too far away from each other, your current one, and
the one "requires 10~15 years experience".
more or less, it's like a fresh graduate asking for a senior job at XX
company, mission impossible? well, not 100% but...
take down the leader position FIRST and get into the door if you like the
company, and if it's a good move for you (more $, commute, career...).
companies tend to be more conservative in hiring for "10~15 years experience
" positions because t
