LD is officially laid off this week (bank). He has worked in the states for
almost 5 years (only has 13 months left on his H1B). now he's concerned that
no one would want to hire him because of that. But I think he should at
least try right? LD has his mind set up for going back to China though...
2)visa (related to Q1)
