vocation 或到别的公司呆半年, 就因为这种term. 即使你不在乎, 招你的公司也知道
这些, 不会为你take the risk.

不过除非是很高level的人，一般没人会因此影响公司，公司也不会管你

但是一般情况下，如果是layoff，公司一般回免掉这个限制。或者懒得告你。可以和HR
