准备定年底回国的机票。问了几个代理都很贵。纳美旅游 Namei Group Inc.的代理可
以出一种最便宜的机票，说是一种特殊的机票。别的代理说这种机票风险很大，是钻航
空公司的空子，一旦被发现就不能登机，上黑名单什么的。但是纳美旅游说没问题，只
要提前三天确认，登机当天提前三个小时去机场就没问题。
心里没底不知道会不会有问题。价格便宜是其一，还有日期也比较合适。其他代理有类
似或者稍贵价格的日期都不合适。

是自由和生命。

方说进Apple Inc工作就像进共产党，首先要成为该公司产品的忠实用户，以示效忠。
3. 都有个人崇拜的特征。Communism是崇拜Stalin, Mao之类的人，Apple是崇拜Steve

我2015年底看好了一套法拉盛的公寓（原来免费停车楼，大家都知道的），agent说用
公司买的话可以以后省税（本人在大陆工作生活，没有绿卡也没有税号，也没住满180
天），但是我不是美国公民，成立不了LLC,只能成立INC,所以2015年底成立了一个INC
公司，从海外汇入了资金几十万刀，买房，但是由于卖家连续涨价两次最终没有成交，
但是资金从海外汇入后一直没有动，银行每月给发利息，直到今天。是不是我应该在去
年１２月底汇出呢，但是现在已经过了１２月了，过了公司财年了，必须在４月１５日
前提交I－１１４０表格，我想问一下有财务经验的前辈，这种情况，能否汇出资金？
资金会不会被认为为公司收入而被扣税呢？这些资金是我个人收入，当时中介和财务没
说清楚，是不是应该汇入我个人的W-８的银行账户在转入公司，就不会被扣税呢？公司
除了汇入资金也没有其他动作。
新成立一年的公司可以做零申报么？我不想逃税，但是我也不想被冤枉扣税。还有Ｉ－
１１４０的财年可以延长么？这样我把资金汇回去。

们公司的合同，但是后面有说要收培训押金200，而且签了的话要至少做12个月。
大家有没有听说过这个公司？一般consultant的公司会收押金么？这样的公司能提供真
