My company is helping me applying for H1B recently. Couple days ago, the
lawyer collected all my documet for H1B and they said they are ready to file
it. However, they said they will file it "electronically".
Does one know that the H1B can be filed electronically? I thought we have
to send the paperwork to USCIS.

发帖数: 5 | 2 sure. My h1 was filed electronically years ago and the good thing is I got
the confirmation # at the same time. Because there was some quota left three
years ago, that assured me that I had got your quota without waiting. |
