option不是实际股票，只是一种期权，即你有权力在X月X日之前以YY(固定)价格购买比
如3000股你们公司股票，在这天作废之前，不管你们公司股票涨了还是跌了，你的这个
权力都是存在的，涨了马上买进来然后卖掉，套现获利。如果跌了，跌破了你这个YY固
定价，你再买进就是傻子。
vested只是代表目前你只有比如500股这样操作的权利，假设公司总共给你3000的话，
按服务年限一点点给你。
