6 months.
I think after onsite, 1 to 2 weeks to get an offer is reasonable. If any of
the interviewers replied your "thank you" email, it's always a good sign,
but myself used to receive one saying they enjoyed meeting with me but they
will continue interviewing other candidates, and they will make a decision
within a month. I knew at that time it's over, and I never heard from that
guy or that company again, not even a

Phone calls are much much more personal than emails.

you to talk to him/her, you better think whether you should work for him/her
or not.
