, that's fraud and will be prosecuted.
You must be willing and eligible to work to claim unemployment insurance.
H1B holders is not eligible to work after job termination.
One of my friend did the same thing last time, but in his case it's an
innocent mistake, he specified on the application he doesn't have GC, didn't
fill the A#, but somehow the case slipped through.
They found this out later and sued him for fraud. He |
