your gc);
2) try to make this change "family reason based", not "money based", talk
nicely to your direct boss and get his understanding;
3) keep good relationship with hr because it's them who will handle all your
paperworks; normally (i guess in 95% cases) they won't do anything really
ugly/specific to screw you. they can get nothing from this and it's more like
a personal behavior (to revenge), not a company's;
