company later, it will be very hard. A lot of times, a hiring manager will as
other employees to see if anyone know or worked with the candidate before, so
you may run into a situation, where some people go to a company you want to
work in later.
But don't be too worried. The key thing is to make them understand you and
show some understand to them. The rules in the employee hand book is really

best for you. But at the same time try to make it easier for the company you
are leaving. Show them that you are a responsible person and do not simply
just standup and leave.
The two days are not really a big deal. It is just that they are losing you
and there may be impact on their projects. The longer than can presuade you to
stage, the easier for them. So I am not too concerned about that two days in
