Phone interview is usually for screening candidates, epscially you aren't a
local candidate. On-site interview is necessary to get them to know you in
person and close the deal, if you pass the screening. | M**N

It is no use in guessin --- lots of things going on... For those interviews I
got offers, I got the offer within 24 hours. For those I didn't, it usually
took long process. I am in the market now and waiting for a reponse from an
interview I had 10 days ago...They are not decided yet so I guess it is not a
clear-cut decision for them now.
Best thing to do while waiting is to try to get other interviews. |
