risky, I konw 2 ppl did that and no problem. But we just don't want to
take even 10% risk, sigh...
maybe wait till I 485 is filed, then use AP bah

He back CHina for marridge and now the only thing he can do
is calling and calling.

发帖数: 476 | 5 there are lots of reasons for first denials for H1B stamp, and
most of them are lack of documentation. theretically H1B cannot
be denied for immigration intent as it is a dual-intent category,
therefore as far as you got all ur documents handy, u shall not
be denied.
chances are this poor guy didn't take something with him, esp.
he was going back for marriage, under that case, employment verfication
letter, financial background standings, residence proofs and unmarriage
status before departure b
