我理解这个情况.其实如果自己真的想坚持原则,应该有思想准备遇到情况时
如何应对,尽量做到既不伤害和气,也不妥协对自己的要求.有准备才不会临时
抓瞎,有违自己的意愿和原则. | g********t

tofu. There are lots of variety to choose from in Chinese grocery
stores as well as on the internet. I am eating a kind of fired
chicken balls from Waichi's store which is chewy and tasty. I
make instant noodle by adding water, vegetable and chicken
balls to one big bowl. Easy and delicious.
Landslord和J,除了豆腐以外还有很多其他的麦和大豆蛋白产品.在中国店和网上
有很多种类可供选择.我在吃一种从WaiChi店里买来的素炸鸡球,很有嚼头也很有
味道.我把水,蔬菜,和素鸡球和速食面煮成一大碗.很方便和可口.

嗯，豆制品确实不少，象腐竹，油豆腐等等，现在暂时没车，不然可
以再
多些品种。反正只要不须现做的就全放一起加点佐料去烧。人懒，也
忙，
没办法。:)
不放MSG，我也试过，关键还是手艺太差，要再努力。
在美国，最奇怪的是蔬菜比肉还贵，还是国内好，品种多10倍，费用
少一半。
