欧决定接受UMN的offer，有一些生活小事请教：
1。 房租如何?say, two-bedroom apartment. should I pay additional parking fee
if I live around campus?
if you live close to campus, you can walk.. park in campus is difficult.
around $750 for 2 bedroom
2. how is the public commute system? Is car a must?
it is OK if you do not have a car for one year. ask other guys for a ride
3. how cold is this area on earth? I heard a lot about its coldness, but
cannot get the concrete imagination. Then what is the weather in summer?
