Open your OE, look at the folder under "local folders", right click on any of
them, you will see some properties like "C:\Documents and Settings\User\Local
Settings\Application
Data\Identities\{F79DBA7E-A3EA-4B64-85B2-CA4C193F2FBD}\Microsoft\Outlook
Express\Inbox.dbx"
Those DBX files are files that store your emails. Just copy those DBX files to
your new machine in appropriate folders, you will see them on your new
