I feel so terrible with that in the unix system.
For example, if I use the a.c and b.c to make a.out, and main is in b.c, then
could I trace the variable x in a.c? I even can not trace the variable that
defined in the main in b.c?
Faint about the new version of the dbx system in the machine. It makes lots
really complicated.

couldn't get restarted. So Dell sent me a new hard drive on which I
successfully installed Win 98 (2nd Ed.) and other softwares. Then I hooked the
damaged hard drive to the computer as a slave drive. Bingo! All the data were
still there. With no delay, I transferred all the data files to the new hard
drive.
All the dbx files corresponding to those folders (e.g. Albert, Becca....)

on. On Unix, the flag is usually -g for most C/C++ compilers.
2. dbx your-program
3. stop at main (or stop at file:line, may not be exact)
4. run args (if any)
5. s (for step)
Other things you can do trial and error to figure out. |

But what if I don't know 'from', like I picked up a shared library built in
a different machine? Do I map everything to a 'to' path and hope the correct
source file be picked up? What's the expected usage in these cases?

c.dbx...拷贝到相应的目录中(如Identity\Microsoft\Outlook
Express\).
注意:步骤2, 3的顺序不能相反 |

发帖数: 3320 | 12 可别抬举我。我一般不大炒个股，最近因为朋友介绍进了一些潜力股，dbx 是其中一个
，另外买的还有twlo,docs,mdb,PS,都是小公司潜力股，其他几个都涨的不错，就这个
dhx 晦气，一直跌。因为我比较喜欢option，尤其是短期option，大部分的仓位都有固
定风险，就是我知道最多赔多少，因为是option固定风险，上次option过期后就没有再
进，所以赔的钱比都拿来买股票要少，另外一个账户还有一些dbx的股票仓位，我打算
基本不动了，只要公司业绩不错，我估计还能涨回来，也就是没有全抛光的原因。目前
来看 dbx 是我股票仓位里的最大loser，减仓后就没有继续跟进。以后发展看不清楚，
楼上朋友说的有道理，估计要解禁之后说不定才能有起色。我没有那么多时间和精力去
分析股票基本面和公司的运营情况，就是看到有潜力能挣钱的公司，然后根据股票曲线
图形来判断是否加仓或减仓。dbx 从图形上来看走的太烂了，目前还看不到希望。

them, you will see some properties like "C:\Documents and Settings\User\Local
Settings\Application
Data\Identities\{F79DBA7E-A3EA-4B64-85B2-CA4C193F2FBD}\Microsoft\Outlook
Express\Inbox.dbx"
Those DBX files are files that store your emails. Just copy those DBX files to
your new machine in appropriate folders, you will see them on your new
machine. |

You can do the followings
1. Subscribe to pop3 service provided by Yahoo. It is not free I think.
2. Create an account in Outlook Express for the yahoo pop3 account.
3. Then you can download emails from Yahoo
4. Copy the according DBX file to anywhere you like. The DBX file is on your
local disk. You can import to Outlook Express on another machine, e.g., it is
portable. |

compile it by
f77 -g sourcefile.f
then run it under dbx by
dbx exectalbeFile
run
It will show your the invalid memory reference point, then
try to print some variable values to determine the cause.

click mouse on the "inbox" sign), then you would possiblly see
inbox.dbx and inbox(1).dbx. one is empty and the other contains your
emails. just rename it. |

You can copy messages. There are files (on my computer) like C:\Documents and
Settings\user1\Local Settings\Application
Data\Identities\{F79DB44E-A3EA-4B64-85B2-C66C192FFFBD}\Microsoft\Outlook
Express\News.dbx. You copy those dbx files and move to new computer. You can
see this path by right-click on folders in your OE.
Simply copying it to your new OE path might not be sufficient, you can do one
more thing which surely works.
