did some research online. It turned out to be very common in XP sp2 and
2003 sp1. Most cases were caused by virus. however, in my case it must not
be caused by malicious softwares. since then I changed boot.ini to /noexecut
=alwaysoff. then I turned DEP off in BIOS (intel). So I turned off both the
DEP in hardware and system. However, when I restart, windows explorere was
still shut off. very weird...anyone can give me |
