Unfortunately the laptop I borrowed from my company can't play the Insanity
DVD I brought with me, and it was too late to go to the hotel fitness center
. So I had to make up something. I decided to do and Angie-like workout:
100 pushups
200 air squats
300 crunches
For time. You can take as many breaks as you want. You have to finish one
group before you go on to the next. And I changed the 300 crunches to 150

我要是到了insanity的level就好了,可惜这个实在是不太现实。正在想买了band set
回去接着练P90X。。。

度跟不上。看来我也不能每天闷头傻练,得增加一些理论知识才行。

Tony Horton的10-miunte Trainer,是一系列的10分钟的锻炼。主要用
resistance bands,每次尽量用到多个身体部位,节省时间。一般人都
练两三个这种10分钟的练习。
从下面网站进shopping,再选Fitness Program,可以看介绍。我自己没
有这个,也说不了太具体的。

也没什么事。
主要就是回去不要吃米面什么的,腐败的时候稍微控制一点就行了。
我两年前回去了一趟,也没怎么锻炼,但是旅游时跟旅游团吃得不
好,加上每天走路多,回来还瘦了点。
我今年也回去。有点犹豫要不要去上海世博会凑热闹。

。。。还好外公家只待两三天吧,岳父家可以把问题丢给老婆,他们还是通情达理的。
。。
要不我回去玩儿命跑?
