,何况你还要奔跑速度,格斗出拳踢腿速度。 这目标就是无敌战士嘛。
在我有限的知识范围内,大言不惭地建议下跟力量训练相关的:
用很轻的重量做爆发式的训练,可以做 power clean 之类的动作。 有时间练练短距离
跑。
我觉得你还是参考 UFC 打手和 百米运动员 和标枪铁饼运动员的训练吧

i tried clean before. just got interested in speed and explosiveness

what's english for 爆发俯卧撑 空中击掌 高速高抬腿?
yes technique is very important. i can see this from golf swing and frisbee
throw. raw muscle strength is only 50% of the story.
i tried to throw frisbee as far as possible last weekend, for dozens of time
, ended up arm shoulder back all very sore. so i guess that lack of this
kind of explosive training for a long time... have to get used to explosive

再落地。
高抬腿应该以前体育课里都玩过吧 就好像原地短跑冲刺那样,双脚轮流快速登地
60%1RM做的时候要求越快越好 一般用于深蹲卧推,还有clean,snatch. DL很少用
肩膀和手酸可能说明还是肌肉太紧张,就好像打拳手酸一样,技术不到位,没有腰马发
力。这个还是要靠多练

不过我觉得 golf swing, frisbee, martial arts, boxing etc 有一些共性.
有用巧力 的意思...
quick奔跑/sprint probably is very different.
agree that strength training helps to avoid injury, along with flexibility... just take a while to find a good set of exercise and training method.

高抬腿是high knees?
还可以试试jumping squats, push up jacks, burpees等等。

practice more punching. You don't go do clapping push ups to increase your
punching speed. When you do clapping push ups, the only benefit is you do
clapping push ups better. The carry over to punching speed is very little. |

i am thinking to alternate two variations, one is at gym (with equipment),
another one is outdoor (martial arts, frisbee, golf driver). think this also train so called functional flexiblity
always warm up
a)total body warm up, get heart rate up, 0.25mi treadmill or running
b)each routine start slowly, then get to full speed and intensity
