这个casey案子的presecutor跟simpson案子一样，都是脑残，直接上murder 2，铁案。
结果非要上murder 1，丫眼瘸吗？哪个证据能support murder 1？

Commentators of 'all sides' said they were shocked. However,
the only person pertain the information of the jury, the
alternate juror, said he was shocked back home watching
TV coverage and the national outcry. He said the jury's
sentiment was that Casey was a 'good mom'.
On the TV, commentators are still in shock a day after
the verdict.
I browsed the information of the jury. At least 4 of
them worked at hospitals; more had ties to law enforce
agencies; most have troublesome background such as
divorce, jail, etc. Perhaps people with such experience
have genuine suspicion on whatever government says,
especially on proficiency and accuracy of government labs. |

As I understand the case, 1st degree murder can explain how well
Casey handled her life after the death of Caylee. 2nd degree
murder doesn't make sense at all. A person would have gone insane
if his or her child died in an accident.
