I think you are really wasting money on your current criminal offense lawyer
since your case is crystal clear. There is no any argument on the fact that
you killed two cats . It is no difference that you use a free layer the
government assigned to you from a paid attorney.
Go to find an experienced immigration lawyer. If he is experienced enough,
you can work out to avoid deportation.
The point now is whether you plea guilty or not to plea guilty.
If you plea guilty, you probably can avoid jail time , but your criminal
record would be stapled with your background for your life long time.
there is no way your criminal record could be expunged. It would affect your
job seeking , basically follows you everywhere, all the time.
If you do not plea guilty and the Jury concludes you are guilty , then you
will be taken to jail immediately after the conviction, but later on , you
can find a way to expunge your criminal record after a certain period of
time as specified by different states.
You need to consult with your lawyer for the probability that you would not
be convicted by the Jury if you do not plea guilty .
You need to consider all the pros and cons by consulting with your lawyer
if you want to live in the U.S. , especially you are young. Make informed
decisions. | D******g 发帖数: 76 | |
