To: List of Recipients
Subject: Historical Call To Action
To Whom It May Concern,
I am writing to draw your attention to a matter of great significance as
human beings. A period of 19 years, to many young men or women, is their
prime time attending colleges, while, to a special girl, she would rather
die than live.
Nevertheless, she couldn't!
She is Ms. ZHU Ling. http://www.helpzhuling.org/
In 1994, when she was a college student at the China’s prestigious
institution, Tsinghua University in Beijing, Ms. Zhu Ling was allegedly
poisoned by toxic thallium salt by her roommate, Ms. SUN Wei. The case was
secretly shelved after investigation by Beijing police because of the
political connections entitled to Sun's family in Beijing.
19 Years have been passed. She has been suffering severe brain damage, she
has been permanently paralyzed, she has been living in agony, and she has
been waiting for justice.
Like you, I am a bystander. It’s seemingly none of our business, but, it's
an era of the global village. We are all human beings, we share common sense
, and none of us can stand idly by. We don't know how long she might be able
to live, and we don't know when it’s the time that will bring to her the
fair justice.
It's been 19 years and nothing has been changed. 19 Years are a short period
of time in human history.
We can’t leave it unsolved in the history! We need actions!
Yes, thousands of netizens throughout the world have been taking actions.
They show their supports, they make donations, they edit videos, they draw
the attentions from national and international media, they share the
information, they sign the White House Petition, among many others.
The only purpose with all the actions is a justice for Ms. Zhu Ling.
19 Years ago, it was an American doctor who had helped diagnose that Ms. Zhu
Ling was poisoned by thallium. 19 Years later, which is now, it needs your
attention, your action, and your help to bring the justice to this
unfortunate girl.
You can make a difference, you can create history, you can show mainland
Chinese officials how to handle this criminal case and what the fair justice
should be, and more importantly, you can help bring justice to Ms. Zhu Ling
.
YES! You can show your concern to the related Chinese authorities to take
action and bring justice to Ms. Zhu Ling.
Everyone, like the Chinese government authorities, could shy away from this
case and act as if nothing had ever happened. But, as an admirable political
leader like you, you can’t do that. Please show your compassion to Ms. Zhu
Ling and her family. However, only compassion isn’t enough, and please
take responsible leadership action!
Time is not on Ms. Zhu Ling’s side. She has been waiting for 19 years. How
long will and can she still wait for the case to be resolved?
Don’t wait until it’s too late.
It’s time to help make a difference.
It’s a call to action in this historical moment!
And it’s now!
Thank you for your help!
Truly yours,
xxxxx

P.S.:
Zhu Ling:
Before she was poisoned;
paralyzed after poisoned.
