个 A-to-z claim， 我以前没遇到过不知道这是什么东西，然后两小时后出了结果说“
Although the investigator's decision was in favor of the buyer, Amazon has
reimbursed the claim. ”请问这是什么意思？
又给我发了email说：
The buyer's claim was granted. We found no reason to believe that you are
responsible for this claim, so Amazon.com reimbursed the buyer. Please
consider this transaction closed.
我的钱一直没打过来，一直在amazon账户里hold，这到底什么意思，到底是退货还是怎
