I-95/I-495 is at your doorway, and Wholefood, AMC theater, Hoffman town
center are just 5 minute walk away. The unit is on 20th floor with excellent
view, a lot of sunlight and in-unit washer and dryer. The rent is $1658/
month + garage parking $75/month(optional) + pet fee. The lease ends on 2018
/9/8 after which you can choose to renew or move out. The move-in is
flexible from 2017/12/10-2017/12/31. Other move-in date in dec can also be
arranged. I will pay you $1000 the moment you sign the lease takeover in the
leasing office. You will be responsible for $50 application fee, and half
