主要原因是不少人参加alternative school programs,这些人后来都从eisenhower退出
了，所以开始在Eisenhower waiting list上的也就进去了。
当然你也可以参加alternative school抽签。离Eisenhower最近/最方便的就是Portal,
我觉得Portal基本上是CUSD中最好的小学了，比Faria中国孩子多一些。 |

俺认为这两个区最大不同是SEDGWICK周围的房子将来初中高中都可以WALKING distance
, EISENHOWER 很多地方都要cross 两条大马路了。 |

Sedgwick据说过去比较烂，但它差不多是周边地区10年来涨分最快的小学。看看过去十

第二阶段：初步锁定目标区
在意识到location才是王道之后，我们重新制定了dream house的条件：
0。commute在15分钟之内
1。学区要好，小学，中学 > 900，高中 > 850
2。lot要6000+，前院小，后院大
3。房子面积 > 1300，1950年院蟮姆孔樱欣┙ㄇ绷?lt;/p>
4。后院朝东，或者朝南，没有泳池
5。主卧不临街，不是平顶房，大门开向正面不是侧面
6。没有路冲，高压线，附近不靠学校，商业区，和大路
7。neighborhood比较整齐，不要靠近劳模区
这也是我在之前一个帖子里list的几个条件。除了location，那个时候我们已经了解了
学区并不仅仅是解决小孩上学用的，对于房子保值，社区环境，邻居素质，甚至治安卫
生的重要性更大，所以我们把学区放在了仅次于location的第2位。
这样在budget范围内（75-90万，不知不觉我们已经把budget提高了那么多了，赫赫）
