The position requires graduate degree, strong communication skills in
English, interpersonal sills and management experience. The experience in
adult daycare and Chinese language is a plus but not required. The initial
duty is to take the lead in application for the license for the daycare
center from the State of Maryland, in addition to assistance in the
renovation of building for the center. The successful candidate is expected
to work as a team leader, and shall report progresses to the board of
