话，房子必须是在1月1好和6月30好之间closed才能appeal。请问版上兄弟姐妹们有没

By the way, my neighbor got a few hundrend dollars credit back each year.
I asked my neighbor why I did not get anything. I was told the longer you
live there, more credit you would get.
We need to find the tips or tricks to get credit back from MC for property
tax.

buying price. But it is very easy to appeal after purchase. We mailed out
the form and comparison houses and got approval in 2 weeks. It depends on
the person who is in charge of your case. The worse case you can request

Comparative Market Analysis (CMA)就是把周围最近（3、6或12个月）被卖的相似的
房子做一个REPORT。你的REALTOR在你买房的时候应该给你做过的。你可以让他/她
CUSTOMIZE一下，去掉价格比较高的。

sale. But it all depends on the official in charge. Some are easygoing and
some are difficult. I know my friend's tax assessment is close to the
foreclosure sale price.

Anyway, except appeal 房产税assessment, you still can try to get credit back
from your property tax.

是“COUNTY PROPERTY TAX CREDIT”，在MONTGOMERY COUNTY，只要是自住房，都应该
有6百多块的CREDIT。
