标 题: is 5k closing cost normal for highrise condo?

the development company tell me if i choose their title company, ill get 1%
of my purchase price toward the closing cost
and their estimate closing cost is around 5k, including title insurance and
everything, is this normal? sounds a little bit high for me
btw i dont need loans |

yet...just say the total would be 5k

第一个月的escrow cost等等等等.

以前和park crest谈过infinity model。
如果没有buyer agent, sales说可以从list price去掉3%，然后给1万的closing cost
（必须要用他们指定的银行，好像是wells fargo）。
你可以去county 网站查一下最近的成交价:

i dont have buyer agent and im paying cash only, i got almost 10% off
listing price
and they are giving me 1% of my purchase price toward closing cost

i actually got a really good price comparing to same units sold on different
floors....
and my unit is on a pretty high floor

发帖数: 8950 | 13 如果5K中包括TRANSFER 和RECORDATION TAX，那还是合理的。因为你没有贷款，所以
CLOSING COST里的两个大头是TITLE INSURANCE和TRANSFER 和RECORDATION TAX。
