评估一下如果搞成的话对EBC是好还是坏？

This is it folks. As a direct result of our efforts during the Advocacy Days
in Washington DC last month, Immigration Voice has negotiated an agreement
in principle where House Republicans and Senate Democrats may have found
some common ground: removing the per-country limit on the annual cap of 140K
employment-based green cards (currently any single country cannot get more
than 9800 or 7%). Given the political climate we’re seeing today, we
believe this is the best deal we’re going to get for many years to come due
to the makeup of the Congress, next year’s general election, etc.

我看对中国和世界其它国家而言主要还是坏消息。
因为老印的排期靠前的最多。如果成功的话，排
期,尤其是EB2的恐怕要倒退好多。 |
