it's hard to choose the "best". what do you care most? food, service,
interior decor? there is no perfect restaurant in all aspects.
maybe you would want to change your question to "what is your favorite resto
in and around DC, personally?"
i like Cafe Mozart, a small German/Austrian restaurant close to metro center

friends. It is located at the corner of 10th St and Pennsylvania Ave (You
know why it is called TenPenh now?).
I like the decoration and service there. And the food is great. I ordered a
glass of French red wine for drink, the main dish is Red Thai Curry Shrimp,
and stirfired vegatable as side dish. The food is not only tasted good, but
it also looks great since it is served in very elegant style. The final cost

Cheng twice the last two weeks and I really liked the food and service there
. It is very pricy but fit with my Per Diem :-)

F街有个海鲜餐厅叫做Ocenaire Seafood Room还有个意大利餐厅叫做tosca，都不远
稍微再远一点点15街有个法国餐厅叫做Gerards Palace
中餐周围最好的就是tony cheng中国城海鲜酒楼了
