发帖数: 48 | 1 my husband just got E3 visa stamp and will enter U.S as E3, when he left U.S
he is under H1b visa with his current employer. Now he needs to give notice
to current employer (under H1B). Anyone knows how long can he still work
for current employer before join new employer(under new E3 visa)? he only
need less than 10 days notice period for smooth transfer even no min notice
required. We assume there should be transfer period between 2 working visa
switch? by the way, the h1b petition is not expired until 2018
