如果在雇主提交H1b申请之前我提交140，会不会雇主在提交H1b petition的时候能够看
到我提交了140的信息？还是说我的雇主完全不可能得知这个信息？

发帖数: 281 | 2 They won't mention your petition of the EB1a green card. Even the
immigration office knows, it still doesn't matter. They can't denie you by
this. Here is a letter that my lawer wrote to me:
Given that you hold H-1B temporary worker visa classification, XXXX's filing
of an I-140 petition for U.S. permanent resident status (a "green card") on
your behalf will not adversely impact your ability to be issued a H-1B visa
(if you need a new H-1B visa), or to be admitted to the U.S. pursuant to a
valid H-1B visa, because a special "dual intent" law permits you to hold H-
1B visa classification and, at the same time, intend to be a U.S. permanent
resident at a later date. |
